The National Weather Service has issued an extreme heat warning from Tuesday, July 14 through Thursday, July 16. While all LA County Libraries offer a break from the heat during normal hours, many locations have been activated as Cooling Centers with extended hours.
Welcome Spring by attending one of our 'Spring Flower' visual-arts workshops. A talented Artist-in-Residence from Theatre Of Hearts will teach kids and teens how to create fantastic art inspired by flowers and springtime. For ages 6 – 17
April 9: Daffodils and Tulips in Watercolor
April 16: Spring Flower & Nature Bouquet Prints
April 23: Cherry Blossoms in Watercolor
Two sessions of each workshop available!
Attendance is limited, and advance registration is required. Please register every individual in your party. This will be used to save your spots in the program. We cannot guarantee availability for any unregistered attendees.

Claremont Library was founded in 1914. It has been at its current location since 1928. The present building opened on April 25, 1975. The Friends of the Claremont Public Library was founded in 1957.
