Do you love reading manga but can't seem to find the next volume? Come to the library for a chance to connect with other anime and manga fans.

About the branch

The Library founded in 1940 serves the View Park-Windsor Hills residents of the unincorporated area west of the City of Los Angeles north of the City of Inglewood and southeast of the City of Culver City.

Library service was provided through a leased facility of 2,300 square feet, located at 5400 S. Harcourt Avenue at 54th Street. The library moved to its present location in 1977 and offers a full range of library services.
