In celebration of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, please join us to create an art motif based on paj ntaub, which means "flower cloth" to the Hmong, an ethnic group who migrated from China through Southeast Asia.

Learn the meanings of the symbols used in paj ntaub and their use for storytelling through papercraft activity. All materials will be provided.

Attendance is limited, and advance registration is required. Please register every individual in your party. This will be used to save your spots in the program. We cannot guarantee availability for any unregistered attendees.

About the branch

Baldwin Park Library was founded on February 27, 1914. It has been at its present location since June 20, 1969.

The Friends of the Library was formed in 1982. This group continues to be active and gives the library volunteers and monetary support.
