Meeting Room

The impact of grief and loss will be discussed along with examples of healthy grieving and resiliency in the midst of loss.

Department of Mental Health Promoters Workshops tackle a range of mental health topics to help Angelenos understand and manage their mental health. We are working to reduce stigma and empower individuals to seek help when needed and recognize problems before they become crises.

The impact of grief and loss can be profound, and sometimes feels unbearable. However, that is all part of the process. In this workshop, participants will learn about healthy grieving and how to stay resilient in the midst of grief.

No matter what you're going through, LA County Library is a resource for you. Access the tools and knowledge you need to prioritize your mental health and build a resilient future.

About the branch
