Yoga instructor Petra Poschmann will introduce kids to yoga in fun and creative ways! For ages 5 - 12 with a parent or caregiver.
Kids will learn to do a 'forward fold' and 'mountain pose' while imagining they are flowers and trees. Chimes and music will be used to create a peaceful and calming atmosphere and are sure to keep children engaged. Parent participation will be allowed if space permits.
Attendance is limited, and advance registration is required. Please register every individual in your party, including kids. This will be used to save your spots in the program. We cannot guarantee availability for any unregistered attendees.
