Department of Mental Health Promoters Workshops tackle a range of mental health topics to help Angelenos understand and manage their mental health. We are working to reduce stigma and empower individuals to seek help when needed and recognize problems before they become crises.

This workshop will help participants gain a better understanding of various child development and adolescent behaviors. Parenting techniques and information on how to practice self-care will also be discussed.

No matter what you're going through, LA County Library is a resource for you. Access the tools and knowledge you need to prioritize your mental health and build a resilient future.
