Everyone could use a great tote bag and we’ve got the supplies to make your own tote truly awesome! We will use a simple tie-dye technique to create a fun and funky book bag. For Adults.

Making art helps us our with physical, emotional, and mental health. Join us as we relax together and express our creativity. Using sharpies, we will create a colorful design on a book bag and then using a simple  technique, give it a tie-dye appearance. This event is part of the Summer Discovery Program.

Attendance is limited, and advance registration is required. Please register every individual in your party, including kids. This will be used to save your spots in the program. We cannot guarantee availability for any unregistered attendees.

About the branch

The first Westlake Village Daniel K. Ludwig Library was dedicated on March 27, 1993. The library operates under a joint agreement between the City of Westlake Village and the County of Los Angeles Public Library.

The library was named after Westlake Village developer and visionary, Daniel K. Ludwig. The library moved to a brand new and larger facility on February 5, 2002.
