Get creative as you personalize a library tote bag for Back to School. Decorate your bag with fabric paint, markers, and stencils. We'll also learn about the resources the library has and load up your bags with school supplies. For ages 13 - 17.

Attendance is limited, and advance registration is required. Please register every individual in your party, including kids. This will be used to save your spots in the program. We cannot guarantee availability for any unregistered attendees. Those on the waiting list will be allowed to participate should registered attendees not arrive by the start of the program.

About the branch

The Library founded in 1940 serves the View Park-Windsor Hills residents of the unincorporated area west of the City of Los Angeles north of the City of Inglewood and southeast of the City of Culver City.

Library service was provided through a leased facility of 2,300 square feet, located at 5400 S. Harcourt Avenue at 54th Street. The library moved to its present location in 1977 and offers a full range of library services.
