Celebrate by making art and sharing your citizenship journey or simply what it means to be a US Citizen! For Adults

Each year on September 17,  Americans celebrate Constitution & Citizenship Day.  Join the celebration and share your story while making a patriotic wooden coaster to commemorate this day!

Attendance is limited, and advance registration is recommended. Please register every individual in your party. Those on the wait list will be allowed to participate should registered attendees not arrive by the start of the program.

All materials will be provided.

About the branch

La Verne Library was originally established as the "Traveling Library" on October 1, 1914, when the Lordsburg Library Board of Trustees joined the Los Angeles County Library system. After numerous moves to ever larger facilities, the La Verne Library moved to its current location at 3640 D Street on July 29, 1985.
