Participa en el taller, Dormir Bien para el Bienestar Emocional para descubrir la importancia de un buen sueño para la salud mental.

El Programa de Promotores del LACDMH tiene como objetivo reducir el estigma de la salud mental en todo el condado de Los Ángeles, particularmente en comunidades culturales y lingüísticas históricamente desatendidas, aumentando la conciencia sobre los problemas de salud mental, eliminando barreras y mejorando el acceso oportuno a recursos cultural y lingüísticamente apropiados.

About the branch

Proudly serving the residents of the vibrant City of Huntington Park and neighboring areas, the Huntington Park Library was founded in 1913 and originally housed in the City Hall.

As the library continued to grow, it moved to larger locations in 1924 and 1931. The present library building in the Civic Center was dedicated in 1970.

A significant sculpture designed by artist Tom Van Sant, "Flight Form," was also dedicated in 1970 and is suspended from the second floor ceiling.

An active Friends of the Library group was formed in 1996 to promote and support Library services to the community.
