In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, please join us to create Hojalata Tin Art.

Mexican Tin art is called hojalata (Ho-huh-la-tuh). Hojalata began in the 1500s. Hojalata, or tin art is a form of Mexican folk art made by pressing delicate lines into metal and adding vibrant colors. Adults can emulate the style by using a pencil to ‘engrave’ lines onto sheets of aluminum foil. They can then paint or color the foil hojalata with markers. Join us and make your own Hojolata.

Attendance is limited, and advance registration is required. Please register every individual in your party. This will be used to save your spots in the program. We cannot guarantee availability for any unregistered attendees.
