Department of Mental Health Promoters Workshops tackle a range of mental health topics to help Angelenos understand and manage their mental health. We are working to reduce stigma and empower individuals to seek help when needed and recognize problems before they become crises.

In this program, participants can gain a better understanding of the impact stress can have not only on our mental health but the physical manifestations, as well, and how to handle stress in a healthy and productive way.

No matter what you're going through, LA County Library is a resource for you. Access the tools and knowledge you need to prioritize your mental health and build a resilient future.
