Baby Storytime

In-Person Program

Come enjoy bonding with your baby through rhymes, fingerplays, and books. For babies up to 18 months and their parent or caregiver.

This program will be held downstairs in the Seminar Room.  Please join us after Storytime for a Parent Cafe, an opportunity to chat with other caregivers and gather parenting tips from a Positive Parenting Program accredited librarian.

This program is part of Smart Start at the Library, LA County Library's collection of programs and services for

early learners ages 0 - 5 and their caregivers.

About the branch

Founded in 1915, West Covina Library has been located in the West Covina Civic Center since 1961. The first County library designed as a Regional Headquarters, it was remodeled in 1975. Today West Covina Library still serves as the East Regional County Library for the County of Los Angeles Public Library.
