Join us for the first meeting! In January, we're exploring 'The Great Divide' by Cristina Henríquez, a compelling narrative that delves into the complexities of identity, immigration, and personal struggle. For adults.
This new book club will meet monthly, diving into thought-provoking reads and enjoying vibrant discussions with our neighbors in the Canyon! Light refreshments will be provided.
Copies of The Great Divide are available to check out at the Circulation Desk.
We look forward to seeing you there and embarking on this literary adventure together!
The Topanga Library opened on January 21, 2012. As Al Martinez stated in his inaugural speech, "This isn't just an impressive edifice of stone and steel. It's a house of knowledge and imagination, a trip to new worlds, a journey to the mystical land of tomorrow."
The state-of-the-art library is a LEED-certified green building with a Gold rating. It has a central reading room, a children's area with a dedicated storytelling space, study rooms, and a homework center.
