Join us as we learn some interesting facts about Lunar New Year holiday and celebrate by creating an art activity. For ages 5 – 12 with adult caregiver.

Lunar New Year begins on January 29, 2025. It's a very important holiday in several Asian countries and is celebrated with festivals, family gatherings, lots of food and good wishes for the new year!

Attendance is limited, and advance registration is required. Please register every individual in your party, including kids. This will be used to save your spots in the program. We cannot guarantee availability for any unregistered attendees.

About the branch

Founded in 1915, West Covina Library has been located in the West Covina Civic Center since 1961. The first County library designed as a Regional Headquarters, it was remodeled in 1975. Today West Covina Library still serves as the East Regional County Library for the County of Los Angeles Public Library.
