Join us at the library for a two-day workshop to make you're very own quilted potholder! No sewing experience necessary and all materials will be provided. Make sure to register for both sessions! For adults

In the first session (Feb 1), participants will learn how to piece and sew together a pinwheel quilt block using a sewing machine. And in the second session (Feb 8), participants will learn how to sew and bind the layers of their potholder together.

Participants are welcome to bring their own sewing machine if they so desire.

About the branch

Claremont Library was founded in 1914. It has been at its current location since 1928. The present building opened on April 25, 1975. The Friends of the Claremont Public Library was founded in 1957.
