Spend the afternoon at the library with Yoga instructor Petra Poschmann! Adults with any level of experience are welcome in this class for beginners. Dress comfortably, yoga mats and other yoga props will be provided. For adults.

We will learn relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, gentle stretches as well as basic poses and body movements.

Attendance is limited, and advance registration is required. Please register every individual in your party. This will be used to save your spots in the program. We cannot guarantee availability for any unregistered attendees.

About the branch

Claremont Library was founded in 1914. It has been at its current location since 1928. The present building opened on April 25, 1975. The Friends of the Claremont Public Library was founded in 1957.
