Author and illustrator Susan Chavez discusses her children's book Littleshoes.

Join us as author and illustrator Susan Chavez discusses her book Littleshoes. This nonfiction children’s picture book tells the story of a little girl’s joy, determination, cousins, a man in a suit, vulnerability and how it all impacted her life. The book is a testament that anyone, at any age, can heal from the scary things that sometimes happen to us when we are children.
