Come enjoy bonding with your baby through rhymes, fingerplays, and books. For ages 0 - 18 months and caregivers.

The March 27th Baby Storytime will take place in the library's meeting room.  Please join us after Storytime for a Parent Café, an opportunity to chat with other caregivers and gather parenting tips from a Positive Parenting Program accredited librarian: March 27, 2025 and May 1, 2025.  

The April 10 Baby Storytime will take place upstairs in the children's room.

This program is part of Smart Start at the Library, LA County Library's collection of programs and services for
early learners ages 0 - 5 and their caregivers.

About the branch

Founded in 1915, West Covina Library has been located in the West Covina Civic Center since 1961. The first County library designed as a Regional Headquarters, it was remodeled in 1975. Today West Covina Library still serves as the East Regional County Library for the County of Los Angeles Public Library.
