Please join us after Play & Explore for an opportunity to chat with a Family Community Specialist and learn about resources for children with developmental disabilities.

This program is part of Smart Start at the Library, LA County Library's collection of programs and services for early learners ages 0-5 and their caregivers.

About the branch

City Terrace Library has been at its present location since 1979. In 2009, the library was refurbished with the support of Gloria Molina, Supervisor of the First District, Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors.
