Join LA County Librarian Skye Patrick for a conversation with best selling YA author Adam Silvera.

Bestselling author Adam Silvera joins LA County Librarian Skye Patrick for an intimate conversation about writing bold, emotionally resonant fiction for teens. With works that explore love, loss, identity, and the power of speculative storytelling, Silvera has become a defining voice in young adult literature. This discussion will highlight his creative journey, the importance of authentic representation, and what it means to write honestly for — and about — young people today. This conversation is a must for aspiring writers and YA readers alike.

This event will be held in West Hollywood Park.

Book signing to follow in West Hollywood Park at 2:50 pm.

The first 100 teens (ages 13-17) to check in for Adam's event at the LA County Library table in West Hollywood Park will get a $10 Starbucks gift card! Check in begins at 1:15 pm.

Adam Silvera is the #1 New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of They Both Die at the End, The First to Die at the End, The Survivor Wants to Die at the End, More Happy Than Not, History Is All You Left Me, the Infinity Cycle (Infinity Son, Infinity Reaper, Infinity Kings), and co-author of What If It’s Us and Here’s to Us.
