For every Review Card you submit, you will be entered into an opportunity drawing for mystery bags filled with special prizes including a certificate for a free In-N-Out burger! Last day to submit Review Cards is Saturday, November 8, 2025.

Originally opened in 1977, the Diamond Bar Library has long provided valuable services to both residents and visitors.
The Diamond Bar Library at 1061 Grand Avenue was rededicated on August 15, 1998 after renovations made possible by the City of Diamond Bar Redevelopment Agency, the County of Los Angeles, and the Diamond Bar Friends of the Library.
On July 28, 2012, the Diamond Bar Library celebrated the grand opening of the new location at 21800 Copley Drive. The new 18, 245 square foot library is located on the 1st floor of the City Hall building.
