Celebrate National Hobby Month by trying your hand at speed puzzling! Grab your friends or register solo and join a team on the night of the event. First to finish wins! Light refreshments will be served. For Adults. 

Teams of two or four players will have 2 hours to complete a 500-piece puzzle. Even if you don't compete, you're invited to bring jigsaw puzzles from home (no missing pieces, please!) and swap with your fellow puzzle enthusiasts.

Registration is for the competition only; no registration is required for the swap. We'll also explore library resources that can help you discover your new favorite hobby. 

Please be aware that refreshments will be served at this program. A list of ingredients will be available.

Attendance is limited and advance registration is required. To sign up, see library staff, or register online at Visit.LACountyLibrary.org/Events and filter by location or event date.

About the branch

Originally opened in 1977, the Diamond Bar Library has long provided valuable services to both residents and visitors.

The Diamond Bar Library at 1061 Grand Avenue was rededicated on August 15, 1998 after renovations made possible by the City of Diamond Bar Redevelopment Agency, the County of Los Angeles, and the Diamond Bar Friends of the Library.

On July 28, 2012, the Diamond Bar Library celebrated the grand opening of the new location at 21800 Copley Drive. The new 18, 245 square foot library is located on the 1st floor of the City Hall building.
