Join us to discuss George Takei's graphic novel, They Called Us Enemy, and how fiber art expresses meaning and practicality. Explore Mr. Takei's WWII experiences and how fiber works were made during his family's incarceration. For teens ages 12 - 18.

This program is funded by the County of Los Angeles Probation Department through the Juvenile Justice Crime Prevention Act (JJCPA). The JJCPA and Probation Department require the collection of data on program participants, including full name, date of birth, ethnicity, gender, zip code, and signature. Guardian consent is also required to participate.

About the branch

Lennox Library was first established in 1918 in the original Jefferson School on 104th St. The library was permanently moved to its present site in 1948.
