Let’s get ready for school! Enjoy books, songs, rhymes, and movement while learning school readiness skills and having fun. For ages 2 - 5 with their parent or caregiver.

This program will take place in room 2 of the Lynwood Community Center.

This program is part of Smart Start at the Library, LA County Library's collection of programs and services for early learners ages 0 - 5 and their caregivers.

Attendance is limited, and advance registration is required. Please register every individual in your party, including kids. This will be used to save your spots in the program. We cannot guarantee availability for any unregistered attendees. 

Please join us after Storytime for Parent Cafés, an opportunity to chat with other caregivers and gather parenting tips from a Triple P Positive Parenting Program accredited librarian: July 15.

About the branch

Lynwood Library has a fresh new look thanks to the incredible support of Supervisor Janice Hahn of LA County's 4th District. To commemorate the reopening of our beloved library, we're inviting you to join us for a special ribbon cutting with Supervisor Hahn. Stop by to see Lynwood Library's upgrades, participate in an activity, enjoy refreshments, and borrow a few books.
