Synopsis:
When Sonya MacTavish inherits the huge Victorian mansion on the coast of Maine, she has no idea that the house is haunted. Live Oak Library was founded in 1917. As the business areas along Live Oak Avenue were incorporated into the city of Arcadia, the library site moved eastward until it came to its current location in 1964 in an unincorporated area of Los Angeles County.
