This support group is a welcoming space for individuals seeking balance, growth, and connection in their everyday lives.
We will explore practical strategies for avoiding the “always busy” trap, practice positive self-talk, and how to set healthy boundaries. Participants will learn how to navigate life’s challenges and transitions with greater confidence and resilience. This group is about connection—creating a supportive environment where participants can build their own support networks, feel heard, and leave with tools to support their personal growth both inside and outside the group.
This program is part of the Library Engagement & Access Program (LEAP). Visit LACountyLibrary.org/well-being for more information.
