1:30pm - 2:30pm

In this 8-week group we remind ourselves who we really are outside of all the chaos.

In this safe, judgement free space we can talk about ways to shake off society's labels, learn new communication & confidence building skills and techniques. Your story is not over yet, and you are the one holding the pen.

This program is part of the Library Engagement & Access Program (LEAP).
