Learn about healthy snacks you can make and eat for strong bodies and energy. CrEATive Plate shows how to make Banana Rolls; you’ll need the ingredients and tools listed below. Knife safety/skills will also be taught, with a focus on cutting and spreading soft bananas. For ages 5 – 12 with parent or caregiver. This is a virtual event hosted on Zoom.

Ingredients:

Tortillas
Peanut butter/almond butter/ cream cheese
Bananas
Dried fruit—cranberries, raisins, or chocolate chips

Tools:

Cutting board or paper plate
Kid-friendly knife
Paper towels
