Join us for a snowy time as we discover the symmetrical beauty of snowflakes and learn to make your very own decorative piece that lights up! For children ages 6 - 12 and their adult caregiver. 

Attendance is limited, and advance registration is required. Please register every individual in your party, including kids. This will be used to save your spots in the program. We cannot guarantee availability for any unregistered attendees. 

This event is held in-person. LA County Public Health strongly encourages masks and physical distancing indoors regardless of vaccination status. Masks will continue to be available for customers upon request. Please see the Guidelines for Attendees during the registration process for more information.

About the branch

Baldwin Park Library was founded on February 27, 1914. It has been at its present location since June 20, 1969.

The Friends of the Library was formed in 1982. This group continues to be active and gives the library volunteers and monetary support.

Test your engineering skills and learn about air movement and displacement, then create your own hand-held air cannon and complete to see how far you can launch a pom-pom across the room! For ages 13 – 17.

Learn how meditation improves your sense of calm, focus, and mindfulness. This program will include guided meditations followed by journaling exercises. For adults.
