Yoga instructor Petra Poschmann will introduce your kids to yoga in fun and creative ways.

Kids will learn to do a 'forward fold' and 'mountain pose' while imagining they are flowers and trees. Chimes and music create a peaceful and calming atmosphere and are sure to keep your child engaged. Parent participation is encouraged. For ages 5 - 12 with parent or caregiver.

About the branch

The library was established in February of 1969 in honor of Congressman Chet Holifield, 19th District (served 1943-1974). The library primarily serves the residents of south Montebello. In January 2011, the library reopened after a year-long refurbishment project.
