You are cordially invited to an afternoon of stories and celebration for Women's History Month. For ages 5-12.

We'll get the par-"tea" started by exploring children's books featuring amazing women, then partake in activities and games that highlight women's contributions. 

Attendance is limited and advance registration is required. To sign up, see library staff, or register online at Visit.LACountyLibrary.org/Events and filter by location or event date.

About the branch

Rivera library was founded in 1913 and has been at its present location since 1970. The library is located in a predominately Hispanic neighborhood, with heavy usage by children. Rivera is the smaller of the two libraries in the city of Pico Rivera.
