West Hollywood Library is providing shuttle service to and from our One Book, One County Author Talk Celebration at Gloria Molina Grand Park in Downtown Los Angeles on July 27. Reserve your spot today!

Thanks to the generous support of LA County's Board of Supervisors, shuttle service to and from the One Book, One County Author Talk Celebration at Gloria Molina Grand Park in Downtown Los Angeles will be available at West Hollywood Library on Saturday, July 27. Join us for activities, resources, giveaways, a music performance from Banda Las Angelinas, and an author talk with María Amparo Escandón, author of L.A. Weather. Take advantage of this free service by reserving your spot today! Reserving a spot on the shuttle will also register you for the event. 

Space is available on a first come, first serve basis. After reserving your spot, you will receive an e-mail with additional details to prepare for your upcoming trip. Youth under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please arrive before the shuttle's departure time.

About the branch

West Hollywood Library began service to the area (then unincorporated ) in 1913. The library was previously located at Sherman School, a cottage on Clark Street, a building on Westbourne Drive, and a building near the present site. The Library has an active Friends of the Library group.

The new library was dedicated October 1, 2011.
