Join us during Play and Explore for an opportunity to chat with a representative from The Learning Rights Law Center and learn about special education law and the rights guaranteed to parents and students. 

This program is part of Smart Start at the Library, LA County Library's collection of programs and services for early learners ages 0 - 5 and their caregivers.

About the branch

Rivera library was founded in 1913 and has been at its present location since 1970. The library is located in a predominately Hispanic neighborhood, with heavy usage by children. Rivera is the smaller of the two libraries in the city of Pico Rivera.
