Las vacaciones pueden ser una época desafiante para las personas mayores que han sufrido pérdidas o que se sienten solas y sin apoyo familiar o social. Para adultos.

Esta presentación estacional analiza estrategias para combatir los sentimientos de tristeza o “tristeza” durante las vacaciones de invierno.

Los Promotores Unidos de Salud Mental del Condado de Los Ángeles se enfocan en proveer talleres educati-vos en la prevención e intervención temprana de salud mental a individuos y familias en busca de servicios. El Promotor/a no es terapeuta ni psicólogo, debido a esto, no puede prestar su opinión sobre tratamientos psicológicos.

About the branch

Lennox Library was first established in 1918 in the original Jefferson School on 104th St. The library was permanently moved to its present site in 1948.
