Department of Mental Health Promoters Workshops tackle a range of mental health topics to help Angelenos understand and manage their mental health. We are working to reduce stigma and empower individuals to seek help when needed and recognize problems before they become crises.

In this program, participants will learn about different types of child abuse and the risk factors involved. We'll also discuss ways to protect children, intervention, and the impact of positive childhood experiences.

No matter what you're going through, LA County Library is a resource for you. Access the tools and knowledge you need to prioritize your mental health and build a resilient future.
