Claremont Library is looking for teen volunteers to assist with the 2025 Summer Discovery Program. Pick up an application at Claremont Library and return it by May 30. For ages 14 – 17.

You can earn community service hours and help out with one of the library's most popular and longstanding programs. 

Your duties will include signing up children for the program, passing out prizes, and assisting with special programs.

We are looking for volunteers who can help between June 2 - August 10. Potential volunteers must be able to volunteer for at least six weeks and commit to at least one shift a week.

About the branch

Claremont Library was founded in 1914. It has been at its current location since 1928. The present building opened on April 25, 1975. The Friends of the Claremont Public Library was founded in 1957.
