Join our recurring sessions to learn and enhance your fundamental tech and digital skills. Whether you're new to technology or looking to strengthen your skills, our free workshops provide hands-on training in a supportive environment.

Learn Basic Tech (LBT) is dedicated to bridging the digital divide in Los Angeles County. As part of LA County’s Delete the Divide initiative, we provide free resources and courses to help individuals develop essential digital skills. Our weekly events across Los Angeles County empower participants with the knowledge they need to navigate technology confidently.

What You’ll Learn: Computer & internet basics, email & online communication, cybersecurity and digital safety, smartphone and app essentials.

Let’s work together to delete the digital divide and build a more connected community!

Attendance is limited and advance registration via Eventbrite is required.

About the branch

West Hollywood Library began service to the area (then unincorporated ) in 1913. The library was previously located at Sherman School, a cottage on Clark Street, a building on Westbourne Drive, and a building near the present site. The Library has an active Friends of the Library group.

The new library was dedicated October 1, 2011.
