Celebrate a half-century of the Chicano Resource Center at East Los Angeles Library.

Join us for a special afternoon of community voices, family activities, and an essential conversation on the future of Latine storytelling.

What does the future of Latine storytelling look like in Los Angeles and beyond, and how did our past lead us here? Join Chicano Resource Center Librarian Daniel Hernandez for a moderated conversation with Erick Galindo, Adolfo Guzman-Lopez, and Patricia Nazario as they discuss the state of Latine storytelling and what the future holds.

Stick around after the panel! Patricia Nazario and Adolfo Guzman-Lopez will have dedicated tables to promote and sign their latest books and films.

The Chicano Resource Center (CRC) was established in 1976 to serve the information needs of the Mexican-American (Chicano) community and to make information about the history and culture of this group available to the general public. The Chicano Resource Center is located in East Los Angeles Library.
