Access to all Library services will be unavailable on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 starting at 9 pm due to server maintenance. Services are expected to resume in the early morning hours of Thursday, August 20.
Are you a teen interested in making a difference in your library and community? Join the Teen Advisory Board! For ages 13 - 17.
You will have the opportunity to voice your opinion and provide suggestions for new programs and services, while working with teens that share your interests in the library, and helping the community. You can even earn community service hours while you have fun. New participants are always welcome—bring a friend!
Lynwood Library has a fresh new look thanks to the incredible support of Supervisor Janice Hahn of LA County's 4th District. To commemorate the reopening of our beloved library, we're inviting you to join us for a special ribbon cutting with Supervisor Hahn. Stop by to see Lynwood Library's upgrades, participate in an activity, enjoy refreshments, and borrow a few books. We're thrilled to welcome customers back to Lynwood Library and we hope to see you on September 3!
