Teens, join us for a cultural game day. Relax and have some fun as we enjoy a few rounds of the traditional Mexican bingo game Lotería. We’ll also try out Juego de la Oca, a traditional board game similar to Shoots and Ladders.

The Teen Culture Club at the Chicano Resource Center in East Los Angeles Library meets monthly and is a welcoming space for teens to learn and share about cultures. Meet and collaborate with other teens, with the opportunity to earn volunteer hours and an extracurricular!

This event is held in-person. LA County Public Health strongly encourages masks and physical distancing indoors regardless of vaccination status. Masks will continue to be available for customers upon request. Please see the Guidelines for Attendees during the registration process for more information.

About the branch

The Chicano Resource Center (CRC) was established in 1976 to serve the information needs of the Mexican-American (Chicano) community and to make information about the history and culture of this group available to the general public. The Chicano Resource Center is located in East Los Angeles Library.
