Curiosity welcomed! Come explore the world around you while learning STEAM concepts (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) that are geared for little ones. For early learners ages 1-5 and their caregiver.

Caregivers will have an opportunity to hear from a Family Community Specialist from Public Health about child passenger safety, while little ones can move to different activity stations exploring things that go.

This program is part of Smart Start at the Library, LA County Library's collection of programs and services for early learners ages 1 - 5 and their caregivers.

About the branch

Rivera library was founded in 1913 and has been at its present location since 1970. The library is located in a predominately Hispanic neighborhood, with heavy usage by children. Rivera is the smaller of the two libraries in the city of Pico Rivera.
