Join us for another Hispanic Heritage Month activity and make a bordado painting!

Visit us at the Chicano Resource Center for an afternoon of crafting as we celebrate Hispanic culture. In this mixed media take on bordado, or embroidery, we honor traditional fiber art by painting your choice of a quetzal, the sacred bird of the Aztecs and Mayas, or a lucha libre mask. Once dry, embroidered accents are added to highlight details of the painting. Supplies will be provided.

For adults.
